These terms apply when you use RunnerLap, an app by Bibblo Inc. By using the app you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

Using RunnerLap

RunnerLap helps you plan running routes, follow them, log your runs, and run with other people. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial use. Don't misuse the app, try to break or reverse-engineer it, or use it in a way that harms other runners or the service.

Run safely

Running carries risk. Routes, directions and times shown in RunnerLap are guidance, not a guarantee that a path is safe, open or suitable. Obey traffic rules and signs, pay attention to your surroundings, and use your own judgment about where and when to run. You run at your own risk.

Live sharing lets someone you trust follow your run on a map. It is not an emergency service. It does not call for help, and it may be delayed or unavailable if your phone has no signal. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

Your content

You keep ownership of the routes, names and other content you create. When you share a run, you allow the people you share it with to see and use it as RunnerLap intends. Only share what you are comfortable sharing, and don't share anything unlawful or that infringes someone else's rights.

Music services

RunnerLap can link to playlists on Spotify and Apple Music, and can play Apple Music playlists on your device if you have your own subscription and allow it. RunnerLap isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Spotify or Apple. Your use of those services is under their own terms.

Free plan and RunnerLap Pro

Planning is free, with a limited number of planned runs each week; the current limit is shown in the app. RunnerLap Pro offers unlimited route planning for $3.99 CAD a month. Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple ID or your Google Play account, depending on where you got the app. It renews each month unless you cancel before the end of the current period (on iPhone, at least 24 hours before). You can manage or cancel it in your Apple ID subscription settings or in Google Play. Payment, renewals and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their terms.

Your data

How RunnerLap handles your information is described in the Privacy Policy. You can delete your data at any time from Profile in the app.

Changes and availability

We may change, suspend or stop parts of RunnerLap, and we may update these terms. If the changes matter, we'll update the date above. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.

No warranty and limits on liability

RunnerLap is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't promise it will always work, be accurate, or be free of errors. To the extent the law allows, Bibblo Inc. isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for injury or loss arising from your runs, from following a route, or from relying on shared or live location information. Nothing here limits any right you have under the law that can't be limited.
